About Us

Michael C. Forster specializes in finding creative solutions to real estate disputes involving home ownership, and guiding families and individuals through the estate planning process.  Michael focuses his real estate practice on condo law and energetically advocates for both individuals and condominium associations.  Michael deals with the issues facing condo associations and residents in his role as the condominium association president of his Logan Circle condo building. He is passionate about city issues, such as public transportation and increased urban density. He enjoys getting around Washington, D.C. by bicycle.

Michael is licensed in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Michigan.  Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan. He graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor on the Case Western Reserve University Law Review. He is fluent in Spanish.
